Sega has introduced the manufacturing of movies for 2 of its extra area of interest sport franchises, Area Channel 5 and Comix Zone.
In a press release launched Friday, the Japanese gaming big confirmed that it’s partnering with manufacturing firm Picturestart to develop movie variations of two Nineteen Nineties video games.
Comix Zone was launched in 1995 for the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis, with PC and Recreation Boy Advance ports later following. In the meantime, the music sport Area Channel 5 obtained two Dreamcast video games within the 90s, adopted by a PS2 port and a GBA model.

The 2 variations will reportedly be produced by Sega’s Toru Nakahara, the producer of the Sonic the Hedgehog movies.
Takumi Yoshinaga, author and director of sport design for Area Channel 5 video games, will reportedly be concerned within the movie’s adaptation. Sega producer Kagasei Shimomura will be a part of the Zone staff.
